Indications

Seclo 20 is indicated for the following conditions:

✓Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
✓Peptic ulcer disease
✓Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
✓Erosive esophagitis
✓Helicobacter pylori eradication (with antibiotics)
✓Prevention of NSAID-induced ulcers

Note: Always consult a registered physician before taking any medication.

Dosage & Administration

Adults

20-40 mg once daily before breakfast for 4-8 weeks

Children

10-20 mg once daily (for children over 1 year)

Elderly

No dosage adjustment needed

Administration

Take 30 minutes before meals. Swallow capsule whole, do not open or chew.

Important: Follow your doctor's instructions carefully. Do not adjust dosage without medical advice.

Side Effects

Seclo 20 may cause the following side effects:

⚠Headache
⚠Diarrhea or constipation
⚠Nausea, vomiting
⚠Abdominal pain
⚠Dizziness
⚠Vitamin B12 deficiency with long-term use

Seek immediate medical attention if you experience: Severe allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, chest pain, or any severe or persistent side effects.

Precautions

⚠Long-term use may increase risk of bone fractures
⚠May mask symptoms of gastric cancer
⚠Monitor magnesium levels with prolonged use
⚠Inform doctor if watery diarrhea occurs

Contraindications

Do not use Seclo 20 if you have:

✕Hypersensitivity to omeprazole or other PPIs
✕Use with rilpivirine-containing products

Excreted in breast milk, use with caution
